Booking & General information
All sessions & packages are to be reserved with a contract & non-refundable retainer (that will be applied toward your package total). Dates cannot be held otherwise.
All clients of Alisonmarie Photography must sign a model release (built in to the contract). This allows us to show our work to others like you who are looking for a personal photographer.
A non-refundable retainer is to be paid at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent for your retainer & can be paid by credit or debit via Paypal (you do not need to have a paypal account in order to pay the invoice).
Retainers are non-refundable due to the fact that I am reserving time on my calendar for your session.
All packages are subject to MA state sales tax.
Timely arrival is very important. Please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session time. Because we may have sessions scheduled after yours, a late arrival will result in your session being shorter than planned.
Office hours (email/phone) are Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 9:30am to 2:30pm. Studio hours are by appointment only. Newborns are photographed in the studio on Mondays & Thursdays at 10am. Alisonmarie Photography is closed on Sundays (exceptions for weddings). Please contact us to inquire about session scheduling.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
A 24 hour notice is required if a session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. If a photo shoot is cancelled and the client cannot reschedule to another date, the retainer is non-refundable & is kept by the photographer. If a client needs to reschedule more than twice or is a no show, the photographer reserves the right to not make any further appointments.
Many ask, what will happen if the weather is bad on the day of our photo shoot? It is up to the discretion of myself, the photographer, if the appointment should be cancelled due to weather. Bad weather, consists of all day raining, thunderstorms, or a blizzard. Overcast & sprinkles are not an issue (depending on the session). I always keep my eye on the weather & if I feel it is not going to work for our shoot, I will be sure to get in touch with you to reschedule your session.
Orders are to be placed at the time of your ordering appointment. Your complete order must be placed & paid in full before we will start processing any part of your order. Your image gallery will expire after 30 days and there will be a fee of $25 to extend it for an additional 30 days.
