Looking for a CT Boudoir Photographer? Look no further! The Alison Marie Photography studio is located right on the border of Massachusetts and Connecticut, which makes me an easy location for clients coming from either state!

I have photographed dozens of women from all over New England over the past 16 years in business. While every woman’s story is unique, my favorite clients are those like Miss L. A new mom in need of a little reminding that she’s more than just a mom. If you’re a mom, you know exactly what I am talking about. When your kiddos are little it feels like you are living your life for them and it’s very easy to lose yourself in the mix. Sometimes we all just need to be pulled out of the trenches and take a day for ourselves!

The Boudoir Experience

Every session starts with a little pampering. Upon arriving at the Alison Marie Photography studio, you’ll head right into the hair & makeup chair! Having your makeup and hair professionally done is all part of the experience. Enjoy this time! It is your time to relax and get to know me a little bit. Plus, you will feel confident and ready to start your session afterwards!

This session was a quick 30 minute pick-me-up! Miss L chose one outfit and I guided her through all of the posing throughout her session. If you have never done a boudoir session before, no worries! You do not need to be a model or have any experience being in front of a camera at all! Boudoir is for everyone. And I am here to help my clients every step of the way!

While I do love a good sexy/serious face, I always love capturing a natural laughing shot too. Because that is YOU!

It’s very important to take time out for ourselves. Regardless if you are a mom or not. Whether it be getting a pedicure or massage, reading a book, taking a hot bath, or doing a boudoir session! It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary. I’d love to help remind you what a strong & sexy woman you actually are!!
