I know, I know. I’m about 3 days late. But I’ve been so busy since the new year started, this is the first chance I’ve gotten to pay attention to the blog! (I don’t know if this is a good sign or a bad sign of what’s to come in 2011! 🙂 )
So I’ve been thinking a lot about New Years resolutions lately & then came across an idea that really sparked my interest. It’s a 101 in 1001 list! What’s that? Well I’ll tell you….
I have come up with a list of 101 preset tasks that must be completed in a period of 1001 days. I liked the idea of setting some goals for myself (personally & professionaly), but wanted a little bit more time to complete some of these. Why 1001 Days? This is a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organizing and timing some tasks such as trips.
It took me a few days to brainstorm my goals. I had an easy time coming up with the first 30 or so, but I’m not gonna lie, after that it was pretty tough! I mean, of course I have TONS of goals that run through my head all the time, but when you actually have to put them all together & write them down on a piece of paper (or blog), it’s a whole new ball game! So anyway, here are my 101 goals (& they are not in any particular order):
