…is beautiful!
Even though everyone at the office said I would be bored & hate it out there, I knew I wouldn’t. Going to Montana is right up my alley, it’s a photographers dream! … and it was everything I hoped it would be! My husband & I love to travel & check out different places. I especially love going to the National Parks. So when my day job wanted to send me out to Montana for work, I jumped at the chance. The only thing that stunk about this trip is that my husband couldn’t come.
While out in Montana, I visited Missoula, Arlee, Kalispell, & Glacier National Park. Here are the highlights from my trip!
We arrived in Missoula late eeeaaarly Monday Monday morning. We got to our hotel & tried to catch a few zzz’s before heading to work in the A.M. The 1st few days were spent at our manufacturing plant in Arlee… I couldn’t imagine walking out of work & seeing this every day!
The last half of the week was spent an hour & a half north in Kalispell. We got to have a day of fun & enjoyed some sightseeing & hiking in Glacier National Park!
Did an awesome hike into Avalanche Lake… this was like a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow for me!
A stop at the Lake McDonald Lodge
Of course I had to get a taste of a huckleberry beer while enjoying the view!
Then it was up up up to Logan Pass…
Love this shot of the flags at the continental divide!
I had a great time, despite the fact that I was working. I hope to return to Montana again someday!
Such gorgeous photos. Thanks for sharing.
