Outdoor wedding photos are my absolute favorite (and what I specialize in!). A beautiful natural setting always gets me excited for the wedding day & gets my creative juices flowing! With beaming sunlight, wide open spaces, and rustic beauty, the outdoor wedding of Kayla & Brian at Valley View Farm was simply perfection.

I didn’t get to meet Kayla & Brian in person until their engagement session. They decided that they wanted to do a winter engagement shoot at Valley View (which you can see HERE) & I could not have been happier! It’s always fun to do something different.. such as snowy engagement photos. I came back from that shoot SO excited for their outdoor wedding there. First, Valley View Farm has so many amazing spots for photos (even in the winter!) and second, Kayla and Brian were super laid back, easy-going, affectionate, & trusted me to do what I do best! How do I always luck out with the most amazing clients?!

I just love outdoor weddings!

As I write this all bundled up in my sweater (is it spring yet?), I am dreaming of that warm summer evening, complete with a Moscow Mule bar, polka dancing, and lots of love and laughter! We were able to sneak away for a few extra images during sunset & they are probably some of my favorites from the day. This is the time where Kayla & Brian were truly able to relax, be themselves, & love on one another. Their love shines through in their images and THAT is why I do what I do. THAT is my favorite thing to capture of all.
