A Bloom Meadows Wedding to Remember!

My very first, real life, Bloom Meadows wedding!! I am so excited!! Bloom Meadows is a brand new private event barn located in the heart of Berkshire County in Hancock, MA. I LOVE this venue so much! Sara & Greg, the owners, are pretty fantastic and their attention to detail when creating this amazing space was outstanding. After hosting a photography workshop here this past march, the anticipation of shooting my first real wedding here was the worst!!

Anna & Drew are the sweetest couple (I don’t know how I get so lucky with my clients?!). Anna really wanted a simple, classy look & chose a gown with no bling, no sparkle, & no frills. Not going to lie, she looked absolutely radiant in her lace gown! You can’t ever go wrong with lace, in my opinion anyway. She also chose bouquets with hints of peach, light pink, & succulents. Gah! They were gorgeous & I loved the way the colors stood out against her gown.

The Perfect Venue and Perfect Day

They chose Bloom Meadows as their reception venue early on in Bloom’s construction stages… they took a gamble & boy did they make a great choice. With views of the rolling hills, white shiplap walls, and rustic wooden tables, they tied their colors together with pinks, peach, & greenery in all of their table decor. I would describe Anna & Drew’s wedding as simply elegant.

Of course a couple of teachers need word puzzles & Jenga at their wedding too! We may have even ended the evening with a quick round of battle ship! 😉
