Allison & Bill love hanging out on their boat on the Congamond Lakes in the summer. Obviously when we started chatting about engagement session ideas, I knew exactly what we should do!

As with all sessions, I love incorporating things, places, & props that are meaningful. It makes the session all the more personal. Personalizing your session is a great way to feel more comfortable in front of my camera. Doing something or being at a location you love will help you feel more relaxed and a relaxed atmosphere is exactly what we are going for!

We Boatin’ on the Congamond Lakes!

This Congamond Lakes Engagement session was so fun! We ended up with a great day to be out on the water. Allison & Bill showed me some of their favorite spots and they were even game to jump in the water fully dressed at the end! Surprisingly Allison’s lashes and makeup did not budge! I highly recommend Divine Elegance Beauty Boutique for makeup, because Allison still looked flawless afterwards!

We parked over at the spot where Allison & Bill got engaged. They even brought along an extra bottle of champagne that read “Will You Marry Me?” on it that was left over from their engagement. How cute!!
