Mayfair Farm | New Hampshire Farm Venue - New England Wedding & Boudoir Photographer

Last summer, Cara from Fox & Lantern event planning and styling asked me if I was interested in doing a styled shoot at a cozy new wedding venue in New Hampshire called Mayfair Farm. She could barely get the word Mayfair out of her mouth before I quickly said YES!!! Count me in! I love doing styled shoots because it gives me the freedom to really experience the venue first hand and explore the grounds. After a few discussions, we were off to New Hampshire to do the shoot last September! Cara’s inspiration for the shoot was simple yet elegant modern-rustic.

The cakes were amazing!!! Mayfair Farm owner and head chef Sarah created them herself.

About the Farm

Mayfair Farm is located in the picturesque Southern New Hampshire town of Harrisville. The farm is owned and operated by Sarah and Craig, who purchased it back in 2011. Mayfair features 70 acres of working farm land & orchards, breath-taking views of Mt. Monadnock, full-service modern barn and farm-to-table food and lodging accommodations in the Mayfair cottage. Sarah is also the head chef and she works intimately with each client to create the perfect seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients. The barn is not your traditional red New England barn. It’s a modern white-wash finish both inside and out which creates such a light and bright airy feeling throughout. Not only is the barn gorgeous but the views were amazing. We had so many gorgeous locations and backdrops for taking portraits!
