Emma’s Monson High School senior portraits at McLean Game Refuge (one of my faves this time of year!) turned out stunning! How could they not with such a gorgeous subject AND location?
Emma’s mom reached out to me earlier this year about scheduling Emma’s senior portraits, and I had to do a double take. Time goes by so fast – I actually shot Emma’s brother, Ben’s, senior portraits just a few years ago! You can see some of his photos here – can you tell they’re siblings?! It’s so fun to do multiple shoots for the same family over the years. I get to watch as their family changes, grows, and experiences all sorts of fun and exciting events together.
Last month was October, which turns McLean Game Refuge into a golden-leaved paradise. I love all the different colors that come out to play this time of year. Reds, greens, oranges, golds, yellows, and browns (and everything in between) make for vibrant photos. Plenty of leaves were already on the ground, so you know we had to do a leaf-tossing photo or two! (See below.)
Congratulations, Emma! The world is your oyster. Can’t wait to see what all you accomplish as you go from here!
