Okay, so let’s talk about the senior portrait experience! Crazy to think that the school year is actually way more than half over! How’d that happen?? Parents of the class of 2023, now is the perfect time to start thinking about your rising senior’s portrait experience and what that looks like.

Ugh, do you all remember that dated trifold we all got for our senior year? Or maybe you got to lean up against something cool like a huge pillar with the graduation year or a wall of fake bricks? Haha! We’ve come a long way since then!

Do I really need a Senior Portrait session? YES!!

Graduating from High School is a big deal! It’s a huge milestone that is typically documented with professional portraits to capture this time in one’s life. Most people don’t have professional portraits taken again after this point until their wedding day! That’s a HUGE gap!

I like to make things easy for my clients, so I am a full service studio – “one-stop shopping” so to speak. I’m here to help you with location and wardrobe ideas before the session, then make you feel totally at ease during the session, and when it’s all said and done, you’ll walk away with frame worthy images to hang on your wall!

Prints & Albums

So let’s talk prints. Sometimes clients opt for just the digital files, which I totally respect and am happy to do. But I do want to touch on the importance of prints and albums. I don’t know about you, but I have waaaaay too many personal photos sitting on my phone or computer. I have all the best intentions of printing them, but life gets in the way, amiright? Also, I’m not bashing any of the big-box online printing sites, but when comparing them to a professional lab…well, let’s just say you can see the difference.

I like to take away the stress of worrying about printing and where. You’ll get all of your favorite images printed, packaged, and in your hands before you can say Holidays! 😀
