Leah & Zach’s Connecticut Engagement Session this fall was the epitome of your classic fall photo session in New England! We had perfect weather, light and the location is one of my favorites!

Leah & Zach will be getting married at Holcomb Farm next fall and it was the perfect choice for their fall engagement session! I shoot here often for fall family photos and weddings, but this was my first engagement session here. I had some fun using my favorite spots on the property, but also explored some new ones!

With soooooo many reschedules due to rain this fall, we totally lucked out and got the most AMAZING sunset!! And those were some of my most favorite photos from the entire session. We all know I’m a sucker for that golden sunlight and we sure utilized it to it’s fullest! Check out some images from their session below!

Holcomb Farm

Holcomb Farm is a historic barn nestled on acres of protected and working land in the beauty of the Farmington Valley. I love this venue because it has the rustic barn feel, but with a more modernized reception area than other barn venues in the area. Most barn venues are fairly dark inside, but Holcomb Farm is light and bright! I also love the intimate feel and the coziness of the indoor fireplace. It’s a perfect venue for your intimate wedding or event!
