Elopement & Microwedding Photography

My heart goes out to all the brides and grooms who have had to postpone or reschedule their wedding due to the pandemic going on right now. I’ve already had several of my 2020 couples reschedule their weddings and it saddens me. Unfortunately, so many dream weddings are on hold right now. Some couples are contemplating having an intimate ceremony on their original wedding date and hosting a larger celebration with friends and family at a later date. And other couples are taking this pandemic as a sign that they should just elope! Whether the pandemic has you re-configuring your wedding plans into something much smaller, or you already had an elopement in mind, I have one relevant piece of advice… don’t skimp on your elopement photography!!!!! Here’s why…

Feel All the Feels

As an elopement photographer, my main goal is to capture the moments from your special day so you can look back through your images and remember all of the details and feel all of the feels. No matter the size of your wedding, there will be moments you’ll miss or forget about over time. Having professional images will help you relive your wedding day for years to come.

Stress-Free Wedding

I take my elopements and small weddings just as seriously as my large-scale weddings. My job isn’t just to take your pictures and go home. I’ve been shooting weddings of all sizes for 10+ years. From location and vendor suggestions, to setting a timeline, to pinning a boutonniere, my goal is to help you have the stress-free day of your dreams.

To Share Your Day (when you’re ready)

By nature, an elopement or intimate wedding means that some (if not most) of your loved ones will not be present at your wedding. Having a professional photographer document your ceremony is so important because it allows you to share the moment with friends and family who could not be there. Whether it be through a beautiful album displayed in your home, a Facebook post with highlights of your day or emailing a link to your entire wedding gallery. It’s your choice how you share your images with your friends and family.

If you’ve always had your heart set on eloping or the pandemic has forced you to think about it as an option, just remember that documenting your day is more important than ever!
