Kate & Chris wanted to keep their intimate Ranch Golf Club wedding sweet & simple.

They chose the Ranch because of it’s beautiful setting and rustic vibe. “My grandparents and great grandparents had a dairy farm in Canton CT until the 1960s and the setting just felt right.” says Kate.

She also went on to say, “Chris must have said ‘keep it simple’ 600 times while we planned this”. Ha! I’m with ya Chris! The smaller and the more simple, the better! Small intimate weddings are my jam! And after 15 years in this business, I have never heard of a couple regretting having a simple, more intimate wedding day!

It’s also no secret that I love the Ranch Golf Club! So a small wedding day + the Ranch + a super sweet couple makes all my photographer dreams come true!

Sticking with the theme, Kate wanted simple photography coverage as well. She chose a 4 hour package that started with me covering their first look and went through their first dance. We did all of their portraits and family formals beforehand leaving them more time with their guests after the ceremony.

Planning your timeline & coverage is definitely something I can help with! I will never try to sell you on more time if you don’t need it. I can tell you how much coverage is realistic for your day based off of the number of guests you plan to invite and the most important things you want documented.

Kate & Chris had 75 guests and didn’t care about any “getting ready” photos or “dancing” shots. They also did not have a bridal party that consisted of any adults – It was all their kids, nieces, and nephew.
